Not much has been going on here lately, other than the fact that my mom's meds haven't been shipped yet, so she's been really, really moody and snarly. I've been trying to stay out of her way, but she keeps bitching at me and then saying I have the attitude problem. I know it's just the bipolar talking, but Jesus, that takes a toll on your nerves after awhile. Yesterday, for instance, when I was trying to drive to Target, my mom was spazzing out the whole time and telling me how terrible I was. I know I hadn't done a very good job, but she yelled at me until I cried and didn't seem particularly sorry. Then again, she would rather chew off her own arm than apologize in earnest. I know this.

Well, it hasn't all been doom and gloom and all. Things tend to stay more calm when my super-stable dad is around, and I accompanied them on their journey out for beach supplies, and later we roasted marshmallows. Fun times. And on Thursday Rumor and I did go see Up, which was so sad but excellent. I'm not entirely sure if it was worth the ticket price, however.

"Two for Up, please," I said to the cashier at the theater since Rumor dislikes talking to strange people if I could be doing it.

"Thirteen dollars," the cashier replied, and I thought to myself, not bad for two people! Then she ruined it by saying, "Wait, you said two? That'll be twenty-six."

Ughh. Rumor says it might be because of the 3-D effects, but I would watch it with red tape over one eye and blue tape over another if it meant paying something fair. I confess, though, I really am a movie person. I love going to the movies. I just signed up for a Regal crown card, and that should be fun and stuff.

Tomorrow, babysitting more and maybe the library or gym.Sorry I'm so mundane.
